Hard-Hitting Ad ‘Celebrates’ 50 Years Of Drunk-Driving Campaigning

To celebrate 50 years of drunk-driving campaigning, UK-based THINK! created a powerful, hard-hitting advert.
According to THINK!, road deaths caused by drunk drivers have fallen from “1,640 in 1967 to 230 deaths in 2012”—however, this ad reminds viewers that “one death on our roads is still one too many”.
The ad features the song ‘Celebration’ by American group Kool & the Gang. It is sung by emergency responders and hospital personnel as they attempt to save victims in a car crash.
