Professional aerial and pole arts performer duo, Cheetah Platt and Rhiann Woodyard, is doing just that.
The couple has plans to tie the knot in 38 weddings around the world in 83 days.
According to BuzzFeed, they managed to source for “round-the-world flights landing in 11 countries for less than US$3,000 per person.”
Kicking off their three-month journey with Columbia, the couple has already traveled to Spain, Ireland, Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, Thailand and India so far.
Their ‘#WorldwideWedding’ will be taking place across all continents, except Antarctica, as it was too pricey.
They are also holding multiple ceremonies when they are back in the US, where loved ones are invited to share their joy.
Woodyard said, “A lot of people say you should travel with the person you’re going to marry. We get to learn about each other every day more and more, and I love that it’s brought us close.”
Platt added, “I knew this was going to be the most incredible wedding experience ever. It was exactly what I wanted, to travel the world with my wife and marry her again and again and again in so many different ways. That was perfect for me.”
