A Creative, Illustrated Series Of Movie Reviews Shortened Into Modern Haikus
Singapore-based copywriter Abhinav Ullal has creatively condensed his take on the movies he has seen in a series of modern haikus coupled with miniature illustrations on his Instagram account, ‘haikviews’.
Stripping his reviews of their usual long-form structure and detailed analysis, Ullal’s haikus tend to highlight some of the most striking quotes, memorable scenes and strong undertones of movies that may end up as unsuspecting spoilers for audiences who haven’t seen the respective films.
