Creative Egg-Sized Stress Ball Is A Map That You Can Squeeze To Zoom In
By Louise Jane Cher, 31 Aug 2015
Getting lost in a foreign city can be frustrating.
The ‘EggMap’ is the brainchild of Hungarian designer Denes Sator, which ensures that you navigate through places easily, and have fun while doing so.
Shaped like an egg-sized stress ball, the EggMap has a map of a city printed on it. To use, simply squeeze it to manually zoom in and see details of nearby attractions, public transports, and restaurants.
Each city district is identified by a different color, so that it is easy to navigate around the streets without getting lost.
It is also waterproof and lightweight, making it great for traveling, even in bad weather.
Sator hopes that it can replace inconvenient over-sized maps, or digital maps on our mobile that relies on battery or WiFi to operate.
The EggMap is not yet available for purchase, but you can follow this page for updates.
