Did you know that waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle can leave you feeling tired and groggy? This is regardless of how long you slept the night before. However, when waking up in between cycles, you’ll probably feel more refreshed and alert.
‘Sleepyti.me’ is a bedtime calculator that tells you the best times to fall asleep in order to wake up in between a sleep cycle.
Simply input the time that you have to wake up, and the site will show you the best times to fall asleep by.
For example, if you have to be awake by 8:30am, you should try to fall asleep by 11:30pm, 1:00am, 2:30pm or 4:00am.
