Reminiscent of a Fruit Roll-Up, this new condiment is simply solidified ketchup. According to Food Steez, ‘Ketchup Leather’ is meant to prevent the sweet red sauce from soaking into the burger bun. When it comes into contact with the meat patty, the square of ketchup rehydrates itself.
