Creative Posters Represent Classic Novels With Just The Punctuations In Them
By Aqila Xiao Qi, 22 Jan 2016
Inspired by Stefanie Posavec’s data visualizations called Writing without Words, Chicago-based designer Nicholas Rougeux created a series of enchanting posters that strips eight classic novels of their words, leaving only a beautiful swirl of punctuations.
The poster series, titled Between the Words, cover a range of vintage, popular works like Pride and Prejudice, Huckleberry Finn and The Time Machine, revealing interesting patterns of commas, periods, exclamation points impeccably arranged in a circular fashion.
