Beautiful, Edible Terrariums That Are Perfect For The Plant Lovers In Your Life

Terrariums are a gorgeous and fuss-free way to add a little dash of greenery in your home. American baker Heather Baird, of popular blog Sprinkle Bakes, creates an edible version of these miniature indoor gardens that not only looks lovely, but tastes delicious.
Using a layer of candy-coated chocolate rocks to form the bottom foundation, Baird introduces crunchy cacao nibs to create the second layer and crumbled chocolate cupcakes for the top layer to disguise as “potting soil.” The succulents are modeled from candy clay, made from melted candy discs and corn syrup.
