Man’s Simple Tweak To Clothes Hanger Design Optimizes Closet's Vertical Space
By Yoon Sann Wong, 09 Mar 2016

Sometimes the simplest edit can greatly enhance common tools that we’ve used for many years, such as this reinvented scissor design that makes cutting easier.
Now a man named Drew Cleaver has revised the clothes hanger design to maximize a wardrobe’s vertical space.
Cleaver was struggling with the inadequate vertical space in his dorm room’s closet when he was inspired to invent ‘Higher Hangers’–a modified version of the traditional clothes hanger that carries pieces of apparel higher.
The hanger comes in an anti-slip velvety finish as well as solid wood for heavier garments such as coats.
