Clever Cereal Box Redesign Concept Is More Convenient To Use, Reduces Spills
By Melissa Goh, 17 Mar 2016

Pouring from a bulky cereal box can sometimes cause messy spills.
Designer Prachi Deshingkar and Shikha Kanakla, from MIT Institute of Design India, has redesigned the Froot Loops cereal packing, which is not only vibrant but also convenient to use.
The packing has a unique shape with edges that are easy to hold, and transparent window slots so that the contents can be seen. It is also filled with illustrations and nutritional value at the sides.
Unlike most cereal boxes with a wide opening, the redesigned packaging concept has a flap at the top of the box, shaped liked Froot Loops’ mascot Toucan Sam’s beak, which users can lift up to pour the cereal out easily.
Head over here for a closer look at the packaging concept.
