Aquatic Plants Can Grow Within Air Bubble Encased In This Cool Fish Tank
By Sophia Hyder, 09 May 2016

Japanese designer Haruka Misawa held a solo exhibition in Taiwan, called ‘Waterscape’, that featured a series of new-age fish tanks that were meant to re-think aquariums.
Among these inventive creations is a fish tank that utilizes the natural phenomenon of buoyancy, which counteracts the effects of gravity. This fish tank has a large air bubble within the tank that allows for aquatic ferns to grow within them, acting as food for your pet fish, as a means to balance your tank environment, and also as delightful aquarium decoration.
His other tanks include those with geometric and bubbly decorative structures meant to divide water environments subtly. This series of tanks encourages fish to adapt to the creative environments in new ways.
