Weird ‘Bone Broth’ Popsicle Is The New Icy Treat To Try This Summer

New York City’s Springbone Kitchen has transformed the bone broth food trend into a queer summer-friendly treat. Bone broth has been all the rage recently, but a hearty bowl of warm soup is more winter comfort food than a summer delight.
The frozen bone broth pops don’t taste like what you’d expect. The US$4-a-pop is sweet rather than savory and comprises raspberry, maple plus one-third bone broth.
Springbone Kitchen’s founder Jordan Feldman told Mashable that a new flavor is in the works. It will be sweet rather than savory so that the treats “remain accessible and familiar”.
Despite being mostly sugary, there are hints of the meaty broth towards the end of a bite. A child who appeared on Live with Kelly seemed to hate the meat pops however.
