Amusingly Whimsical Prototypes Thought Up By A Japanese Ad Agency

Just when you thought you’ve seen everything about Japanese design, an advertising agency proves you wrong by springing more surprises that are both kawaii and inventive.
Design studio GOES from Tokyo creates visually-pleasing posters, packaging and catalogs for its clients—but they’re not as wacky, in the best possible way, as the prototypes it makes during its free time.
Many of the mock-ups designed by this small studio of four are inspired by Japanese everyday things, such as a spoon that looks like a ramen bowl and lantern-shaped traffic lights.
