You Can Now Sip Coffee With Rats For Company At This New Rodent Cafe
By Izza Sofia, 18 May 2017

This new cafe coming to San Francisco is certainly not for everyone.
At the San Francisco Dungeon, you can have coffee and food, while watching rats scurry around you.
The Rat Cafe is a new, two-day-only feature at the Dungeon, an attraction that takes tourists and locals through the city’s colorful history. This “immersive, pop-up” cafe will be open for two skin-crawling days in July 2017.
The price of Dungeon admission is US$50, and it will include entrance to the attraction, coffee and rodent interaction.
These “ambassador rats” will be placed here by Rattie Ratz, a Bay Area nonprofit that rescues, rehabilitates and puts rats up for domestic adoption.
So if you visit the cafe, you can bring these rats home if you want to.
