Nescafé’s ‘Hello Bench’ Literally Brings People Closer Together In Its Latest Ad
Building a new relationship is harder than you think.
To do so, you need a spark, a new opportunity and, of course, a red mug.
That is exactly what Nescafé Italia did with the Nescafé ‘Hello Bench’ during the Milan Design Week. The coffee brand has invented a sensor-driven red bench and put in on the street, allowing people to sit down and enjoy a coffee.
The bench will get shorter when two people sit on it, bringing two strangers closer together so they can get to know each other. The brand said the invention aims to “start shortening the distances, spark a real connection”.
