Controversial PETA Billboard Ads Suggest Meat-Eaters Have Poorer Sex

The consumption of meat inhibits your sex drive, according to new billboard ads from PETA.
The animal rights organization is no stranger to controversy. Over the years, its provocative campaigns—such as ‘Animals for the Ethical Treatment of People’ and ‘Behind the Leather’—have made both vegetarians and meat-lovers sit up and pay attention.
In continuation to its ‘Last Longer’ campaign from last year, PETA announced that it will be launching a set of billboards in Texas, North Carolina, and Georgia—the largest producers of beef, pork, and poultry, respectively—warning drivers that eating meat will not be the answer to serving up better meat in bed.
Unlike the grisly images the organization portrayed in its past campaigns, the angle presented in this project titled ‘Meat Interrupts Your Sex Life!’ is that animal byproducts contain shockingly high levels of cholesterol and slow down blood flow in every organ of the body—including those organs.
“There’s nothing sexy about animal suffering and clogged arteries,” PETA proclaims in a blog post.
