Home solutions giant IKEA has given ‘space-saving’ a whole new meaning with its innovative NASA-inspired boxes.
A print advertisement created by Miami Ad School, New York, reveals that IKEA is repurposing its often-discarded cardboard boxes into children’s build-it-yourself ‘SPÄCE SHIPS’. The set even includes an instruction manual and cardboard tools.
“You see a box, they see a space ship,” the play kits read. Way to think out-of-the-box and out-of-this-world, IKEA. Scroll down to take a look at the ad.
