Pretty, Reusable Beeswax Wraps That Can Be Used To Store Almost Any Food
By Dorothy Tan, 12 Sep 2017

If you are thinking about how you can do your part for the environment, reducing your use of plastic products—which is clogging up landfills and the oceans—is a good place to start.
To help you on your way to a plastic-free household, the people behind SuperBeeWaxWraps has created an eco-friendly alternative to plastic wrap—you may not think about it very much, but a lot of plastic is used to store food in the home.
Made of “100% cotton, OTOP-certified pure beeswax, organic coconut oil, tree resin and love”, these innovative food wraps come printed in pretty patterns that looks a lot better than your regular cling wrap—to use, simply fold a wrap over a piece of food or a container, and seal with gentle pressure.
These au natural wraps work great with most foods, from fruits to cheese—they are also reusable after they have been washed with soap and water. However, avoid using them with meat and eggs, as they cannot be washed with water that is hotter than 60° C or 140° F.
SuperBeeWaxWraps is available in a number of prints and five sizes—you can even cut up a piece to create the size you need.
Watch the video below to learn about the many ways you can use it.
