‘Deadpool’ Takes Over And Wreaks Havoc On 7-Eleven In Latest Campaign

With Deadpool 2’s cinematic debut just around the corner—18 May to be exact—you can expect to see more of the Marvel character in promotional campaigns across the upcoming days.
One of the latest involves convenience store 7-Eleven, which has partnered with 20th Century Fox in this integrated campaign that has ‘Deadpool’ wreaking havoc on its store.
This includes crossing out the “Slur” on Slurpee cups, planned confetti bombs, chimichanga towers, and more.
All these antics, however, doesn’t stop in the ad. Fans can use the 7-Eleven app to get up close-and-personal with ‘Deadpool’ through a special augmented reality experience.
Simply open the app to see ‘Deadpool’ appear inside the store and help you through a series of activities to unlock rewards. He’ll even scribble over your selfie with a red marker.
Be prepared to see doodles and messages from ‘Deadpool’ across 7-Eleven stores as part of this campaign.
