British Airways is evidently up in heights about England’s World Cup win over Sweden that has the Three Lions team proceeding to the semi-finals with Croatia.
To celebrate the event, the airline teamed up with Ogilvy UK to create a special “ticket” for a passenger named “Football” who is traveling from Moscow to “Home.”
The Easter Eggs don’t stop there. Soccer fans might smirk at the “Gate: South” pun that is in reference to team manager Gareth Southgate.
The gate’s closing time is also amusingly written as, “1966,” a reminder of the last time the national team brought home a win. The seat number, “52H,” is the number of years that have passed since then.
Lastly, the “ticket” is printed for 15 July at 6pm, which is when this year’s final match will kick off.
