Lingerie Campaign’s Diverse Models Are Curvy, Mature, And Of Mixed Ethnicities

Lingerie brand Figleaves has teamed up with MiLK Models to create a campaign that celebrates body positivity and diversity.
The ‘#BeautyHasNoBounds’ initiative features 12 models of various shapes, sizes, ages, and skin colors to represent the broad notion of beauty.
Curvaceous models Felicity Hayward and Sonny Turner prove that beauty can come in more than one body shape, while Nicky Griffin shines a light on mature beauty that comes with age, and disabled model Kelly Knox smashes stereotypes of conventional beauty.
Shapely Dutch model Jill Kortleve and Zimbabwean model Nyasha Matonhodze were also chosen to be part of the campaign to celebrate beauty across ethnicities. Kortleve—who is of Indian, Indonesian and Surinamese descent—models alongside Yerim Ko, who is of Korean, Japanese and Chinese descent.
Jenni Burt, Figleaves’ head of buying and branding, said that the photoshoot has greatly reflected the company’s core belief that “all body types are beautiful.” Figleaves is committed to providing lingerie catered to women of various shapes and sizes. Its extensive collection offers bras ranging in sizes from 32A to 44DD, and bottoms spanning sizes XS to 3XL.
MiLK Models’ managing director Anna Shillinglaw added that the campaign focuses on the models’ natural beauty and personalities, which shine through the ads. With this campaign, the brand aims to ensure that every woman feels represented.
