Colossal Pair Of Hands Holds Up Vietnam’s Breathtaking New Golden Bridge
By Izza Sofia, 27 Jul 2018
Since its opening in June, the ‘Da Nang Golden Bridge’ in Vietnam has garnered a great deal of attention, partly for making visitors feel as though they were walking on clouds.
This eye-catching structure, located in Thien Thai garden in Ba Na Hills, features a giant pair of hands that lifts the bridge into the sky. It offers visitors a spectacular view of the surrounding mountainous landscapes.
‘Da Nang Golden Bridge’ was painted gold to raise its prominence amidst its largely forested neighborhood. The bridge lies 1,400m above sea level and stretches for 150 meters.
Lobelia Chrysanthemum flowers have been planted along the perimeter of the bridge, while the massive hands have been given a weathered effect, thus creating the illusion of antiquity.
This tourist destination is part of a US$2 billion project to cater to tourists in Ba Na Hills, which is a hill station and resort erected by French colonists back in 1919.

Meanwhile, China is home to an astonishing 350-foot waterfall built on a skyscraper that even comes with a rainbow.
