Kanye West recently shared an image of a redesigned bottom sole for the upcoming Yeezy ‘451’ silhouette, anticipated to unveil in 2019.
Sneaker designer Steven Smith, who has worked with names including Nike, Reebok and adidas, is the brainchild behind this claw-like design that comes with molded spikes to cover the shoe’s uppers.
The unconventional aesthetic seems to remind some Twitter users of common items such as the claw-like hair clip, roots of the teeth, caterpillars, Alien, and more.
