Heineken’s Iconic Green Label Turns Blue To Usher In Its Alcohol-Free Beer
By Izza Sofia, 09 Oct 2018
Beer company Heineken has introduced its alcohol-free lager in Australia. Since its launch in 2017, Heineken 0.0 has been made available in 38 other countries.
The brand developed Heineken 0.0 to meet shifting consumer demands by catering to consumers seeking alcohol-free beer. It also serves as an additional option for those trying to moderate their alcohol intake.
Heineken 0.0 is available nationwide in Australia and will be supported with a campaign come 2019. The beer company has also swapped its iconic green label and transformed it to blue for this new offering.
Created by Heineken’s Master Brewers using only natural ingredients, global craft and brew master Willem van Waesberghe said that the Heineken 0.0 is “brewed from scratch” and features a balanced mixture of fruity notes and malty body.
Speaking about the drink, Heineken Australia’s country manager Damian Dabkowski said the company is committed to creating new products to meet the needs of its consumers. Dabkowski expects the Heineken 0.0 will be a big success in the Australian market.
Heineken 0.0 is available to purchase at BWS and Dan Murphy’s in 330ml bottles in either six or 24 packs.
