UK telecommunications company Vodafone might have gotten a tad too cock-y over its mobile network. At least, that’s according to the internet’s filthy minds.
VOXI—the brand’s mobile service catered to heavy social media users aged 30 and under—has been mocked over a commercial that features a clan of free-roaming thumbs… or not.
“I’m sure Vodafone set out to make a snappy advert—all about thumbs and phone use—for its VOXI brand. Somehow, the reality is a field full of cocks,” tweeted freelance writer Thomas Hobbs.
“Those thumbs sure do look a lot like penises flopping about on the VOXI advert,” said Twitter user ‘Lahahasi’.
VOXI doesn’t agree the spot, which was produced by ad agency Ogilvy UK, is simply a montage of unsolicited dick pics, though.
The network has taken to Twitter to confirm that the body parts featured are just some really happy thumbs, “despite any physical similarity.”
