Japanese Design Studio Reinvents Conventional Glue Stick, Now More User-Friendly
By Izza Sofia, 19 Nov 2018
Japanese design company Nendo has redesigned conventional office supplies for stationery company KOKUYO under its project ‘GLOO’.
With practicality in mind, the new four-item collection consists adhesive products that will solve your frustrations with dried-up glues and missing caps.
Here, Nendo has transformed the typical glue stick into a square rendition that will not roll off your desk. It can also be applied to every corner of your paper. The roller tape glue is designed for multiple angles of use, while the airtight instant glue allows you to apply it in either dots or lines, whichever you prefer.
It also comes in three different strengths of adhesion: gray for standard adhesion; red for something stronger; light blue for a re-stickable version. Take a look at products in the demo videos below.
