While Samsung frequently produces advertisements that brutally poke fun at Apple’s iPhone, it turns out that the South Korean tech giant might not be as convinced about its own products.
Tech YouTuber Marques Brownlee discovered this week that Samsung’s Nigerian account had uploaded a video touting the ‘SuperAMOLED’ display of the Galaxy Note 9… using Twitter for iPhone.
Funnily enough, Brownlee was seemingly blocked by the account upon his little exposé.
If this scenario sounds familiar to you, that’s because Samsung has committed similar gaffes in the past.
Just weeks back, Samsung Saudi tweeted about the model’s ‘SuperAMOLED’ display via an iPhone, and the company’s Brazilian account was found to have flaunted the Galaxy A8’s photographic prowess with stock images in August.
Might as well add "Twitter police" to my bio at this point 🤦♂️ pic.twitter.com/DRlrXl7bak— Marques Brownlee (@MKBHD) December 2, 2018
Well that's one way of dealing with it 😭 pic.twitter.com/9rDrqMwqlm— Marques Brownlee (@MKBHD) December 2, 2018
