Tom Hiddleston’s Bizarre Multi-Vitamin Ad For China Creeps Viewers Out
Tom Hiddleston’s new vitamin commercial seems to be invasive of viewers’ personal space, as much as they might like to get close to him.
Hiddleston stars in a Chinese ad for Centrum, which sees him whipping up breakfast for a woman, supposedly the viewer. After serving her the plate, he says, “Oh, and your Centrum,” handing her a bottle of vitamins too.
As he gets ready to leave the house, Hiddleston mutters to the lens, “I’ll probably be a bit busy for the next few weeks, but I’ll make it up to you soon, I promise.”
The woman’s hands are then seen fixing his collar before he walks out the door.
The ad has found its way on the internet, with international viewers now voicing their opinions about it on Twitter.
“Love me some Tom Hiddleston, but this make me feel UNCOMFY,” a Twitter user comments. “His acting is so unnatural, he sounds like an alien I’m creeped out,” says another.
