In celebration of the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s firstborn, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, Dairy Queen has tweaked its ‘Mini Royal Blizzard’ to ‘Royal Baby Blizzard’.
The chain announced the temporary change on Twitter, telling its fans about the “arrival of ‘The Royal Baby BLIZZARD Treat’.” According to a spokesperson of the company, the newly crowned title of the dessert will last through May.
Dairy Queen’s line of ‘Royal Blizzards’ feature gooey centers. The chain is currently serving the ‘Royal Reese’s Brownie Blizzard’, which contains peanut butter cups and brownies mixed into its soft serve. It also has a peanut butter center that would entice dessert lovers.
Another new flavor is the ‘Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard’, a combination of cheesecake and graham crackers mixed in vanilla soft serve. It features a strawberry center fit for royal taste buds.
