How well do you recognize your favorite brands?
Kitchen appliance company CDA has swapped the aesthetics from logos of McDonald’s, Burger King, Coca-Cola and Pepsi with their rivals’, and the results are quite unsettling.
Logos are hugely representative of companies, and the featured brandings have become such pop culture icons that tweaking them could throw you off a little. However, thanks to CDA, you can have a look at how the logos might appear if drastic changes were applied to them.
For instance, McDonald’s emblem is imagined to be sandwiched between Burger King’s iconic buns, while Pizza Hut’s name sits awkwardly underneath Domino’s dice.
It is also astonishing to see the Krispy Kreme branding painted in Dunkin’s orange and pink colors and Coca-Cola not spelt out in cursive.
Check out some remixed logos below, and head over to CDA to view all the mashups.
