What Apple’s Vibrant September Event Invite Might Hint About Upcoming iPhones
By Izza Sofia, 30 Aug 2019
Apple has sent out invites to members of the press for its keynote on 10 September, when it will most likely unveil new iPhones.
The graphic displays the tagline, “By innovation only,” with a colorful variation of the Apple logo.
The vibrant symbol indicates to Apple enthusiasts of possible colors for 2019’s edition of the mid-tier iPhone XR.
A report by 9to5Mac suggests that the iPhone XR successor could be available in white, black, yellow green, lavender and (PRODUCT)RED.
Green and lavender are new hues that Apple might introduce this year, replacing the coral and blue shades of the iPhone XR.
Separately, Apple is expected to unveil iPhones that resemble iPhone XS, XS Max and XR in design in September. The first two are believed to feature triple rear cameras, while the cheaper iPhone XR successor is anticipated to be upgraded to a dual-lens camera system.
The event will take place at the Steve Jobs Theater on 10 September at 10am PST.
