Machine Gun Kelly Is Proof Not To Ask Social Media To Redesign Your Logo

There’s a sound reason people approach designers for vital projects, like overhauling their entire brand identity.
As the age-old saying goes, ask the internet and ye shall receive memes.
Machine Gun Kelly recently tweeted a request to designers and fans to help him redesign his logo, as “we’re in a new chapter.”
While the rapper didn’t provide details about his vision for the new branding, he suggested that prize money was in store for the best work and directed interested participants to submit their work to [email protected]
Of course, people who are serious about the challenge would most likely enter their work to the given email address, or at least make an enquiry about how much they would get paid for their effort.
However, the nature of social media makes the ambitious request a hotbed for those “graphic design is my passion” jokes:
