As the year comes to an end, 2020 sees a future of new possibilities including the launch of iPhone 12. Apple continues to throw punches at its competition with newly improved devices being introduced to the market one after the other.
So, it is no surprise that many are looking forward to the 2020 Apple iPhone models with plenty of renders and predictions as to how the iPhone 12 series would turn out.
9to5Mac provided a render of the potential iPhone 12, which showcases four camera lens and a thicker frame.
Phonearena’s renders of the iPhone 12 revist the silhouette from the iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 era with rounder edges that fit the palms of users seamlessly. They also depict smaller-sized notches and thicker bezels.
In a recent report by Phonearena, renowned tech analyst Ming-Chi Kuo shared that the iPhone 12 would sport a ToF (Time-of-Flight) camera on its back to potentially support augmented reality. This will also likely promote Apple’s AR glasses, rumored to be announced by 2023.
The quad-camera begs the question for the use of a fourth camera, but CNET suggests that it could possibly be used as a supportive feature in AR mapping and/or an addition to the Portrait Mode when filming.
The iPhone 11 series was only announced back in September but many are already speculating the look and feature of the next edition.
Take a look at some of the iPhone 12 renders below.
