There are many places where you can host Thanksgiving dinner but here’s one you would have never thought of—New York subway. That’s right, a new clip emerged on Twitter showing a group of passengers having a wholesome Thanksgiving feast right in the middle of the train car.
The meal was not only shared by the group of friends but with everyone who chanced upon the car. Everything sounds amazing with people in high spirits sharing food and having a good time but once the clip was shared on Twitter, many were quick to point out the filthy spatial atmosphere in train cars.
One user wrote, “I feel like I need a shower when I get off the train. Imagine eating dinner on it.” Another user also shared the same sentiment by tweeting,“the bacteria, rats, smells, doo doo particles in the air. Hard pass.”
One user, however, attempted to stray away the reality of the train car being unhygienic, hilariously tweeted, “Did they take the time to say grace at least?”
The train is inhabited with millions of passengers daily and it holds a high chance of being a breeding ground for bacteria and pests. Therefore, having a meal there might not be the best idea after all.
