The Pussycat Dolls recently announced that they were having a reunion world tour after a decade of being on hiatus.
The girls finally returned to the stage on X Factor and belted out a medley of hit songs including Don’t Cha and Buttons, before singing their new single React.
However, not everyone seemed pleased with their performance as the group members were scantily-clothed, wearing mesh and leather for their performance, while the lead singer Nicole Scherzinger had put on a sexy bodysuit.
Many viewers were appalled by the raunchy getups, which they called “inappropriate.”
“That was an absolutely disgraceful spectacle,” one viewer said. Another bashed the girl group for its “S&M-style dance moves” that looked like they had come out of an adult channel. “Pussycat Dolls look like they belong in a strip club,” another complained.
Scherzinger, however, didn’t seem too bothered by the negative comments. She shared a clip on her Instagram with the caption, “Wasn’t expecting that… were you.”
That was an absolutely disgraceful spectacle of the pussycat dolls and before the watershed, with kids watching! Their excessively revealing and totally inappropriate ‘outfits’ and S&M style dance moves wouldn’t have been out of place on an adult channel! #XFactorCelebrity

Highly inappropriate content for this time of the evening. Pussycat dolls look like they belong in a strip club, not for prime time family viewing. Not good roll models for young girls.

Please remember kids watch this, being so sexually provocative and flaunting sex on prime time tv isn’t so great 😳
