Galerie Sympa in Figeac, France claims to play host for Britney Spears’ first-ever solo art exhibition on 18 January 2020. The gallery revealed the news in an Instagram post featuring one of Spears’ paintings, which was first seen in an infamous video Spears shared back in 2017.
The video showed the singer painting pastel flowers against a backdrop of brushstrokes with Mozart’s Piano Sonata 11 playing in the background.
According to the gallery’s post, the showcase will be named after the video’s caption, “Sometimes you just gotta play!!!!!!” and run from 18 January 2020 “till the world ends,” a reference to the singer’s 2011 track title.
The gallery has been paying tribute to the singer by sharing several posts of Spears on their Instagram page and also, included the hashtag #freebritney on its website, where you can visit for updates on the exhibition.
The information presented so far has been scarce and there have been zero updates from the singer’s side regarding the art exhibition.
