McDonald’s Takeout Has A Life Of Its Own In Vintage-Themed Drive-Thru Ads

Takeout has never been so important in people’s lives until now, especially when many restaurants are closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
McDonald’s France partnered with TBWA/Paris in its latest campaign to remind that comfort food is still readily available. Its new prints, which promote its McDrive drive-thru restaurants, see McDonald’s takeout bags being carefully strapped into the back seat of cars.
The paper bags are pictured to tell a story. One visual shows two bags placed next to each other like a loving couple, while another reveals a kids’ Happy Meal strapped next to an adorable teddy bear. The brown bags are placed on vintage-looking car seats, which bring an artistic flair to the series.
