adidas Originals Releases Maternity Activewear That Adapts To The Pregnant Belly

adidas Originals has unveiled its first maternity collection that is designed to stretch and grow in different stages of pregnancy.
In collaboration with a group of women in different trimesters, adidas’ performance tops, leggings, t-shirts and tank tops are created from lightweight and high-stretch material that is breathable, comfortable and supportive.
Infused with AEROREADY technology, the tops and bottoms are made of breathable fabric designed with a pregnant women’s increased body temperature in mind. The leggings come in three colorways and boast a stretchy waistband that sits snugly above or below the belly.
The tank tops have racerback straps and an A-line cut that accentuates the post-partum figure, while the scoop neck T-shirts are made of high-stretch material that will not compress or put pressure on the wearer.
Ranging from US$25 to US$45, the maternity activewear collection will be available starting 29 January on adidas.com.
