These Sony PS5 T-Shirts & Hoodies Cost More Than The Actual Console

If you’re one of the lucky few who has managed to get their hands on the sold-out Sony PlayStation 5, how about pairing your brand-new gaming console with some exclusive merch?
The thing is, the branded merchandise costs more than the PS5 console itself.
Sony has teamed up with Balenciaga to create the latest range of PS5-themed clothing, including T-shirts and hoodies that make for comfy loungewear as you game.
However, just the T-shirt alone will set you back a hefty US$675, which is pretty steep, considering the actual PS5 console retails for US$499.
The PlayStation Boxy T-Shirt is available in black and red, featuring the PS5 logo emblazoned across the chest, and the console’s release date of November 2020. The back displays both PlayStation and Balenciaga logos, along with the PlayStation’s signature control keys: a triangle, circle, cross, and square.
If you’re looking to treat yourself to even more PS5 merch, there’s also the PlayStation Fitted Hoodie, which comes with a black exterior and white medium fleece. It costs US$875, sporting the same PS5 and Balenciaga artwork as the T-shirt.
