Louis Vuitton Unveils Basketball Bag With A Net So You Can Look Baller Off-Field

Part of Louis Vuitton’s second collaborative capsule with the NBA, the aptly named ‘Ball in Basket’ is one of the most collectible items in the collaboration.
The basketball-shaped bag, which comes in a basketball net bag, can be held by the netting as a sling bag or worn with the shoulder strap as a messenger bag. Chic.
This iconic piece could be yours for just US$4,250. But chances are, you’ll have to get in line, as the newly-debuted bag is already sold out online in the US.
If you’re one of the lucky few to get your hands on this collectible, you’ll receive a full-grain brown leather bag, complete with gold hardware. Louis Vuitton has kept the design authentic, down to the exact measurements of a NBA basketball.
To avoid mixing up your brand-new bag with any ol’ basketball, it also comes with a special luggage tag, emblazoned with the signature NBA logo in gold. The bag itself is also embossed all over with Louis Vuitton’s motif, featuring a striking red, white, and blue NBA logo in the middle of the purse.
Though it’s unclear what you could actually fit inside the basketball-shaped bag, nothing’s going to be more eye-catching that toting one of these the next time you score court-side seats to your team’s game.
