After Apple announced that its next Keynote event would be taking place on September 14, Max Weinbach posted on his PineLeaks Twitter account that the company was planning to reveal the third generation of AirPods.
Weinbach, a writer at the Android Police and seasoned leaker of Apple products, said the product would be showcased alongside the iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7, two hotly anticipated new lineups.
Fitting to the annoucement of Apple's September event, we are publishing our report on Apple's upcoming products, including the iPhone 13, Apple Watch Series 7 and 3rd Generation AirPods.

Here's what we've got to share
AirPods 3 will reportedly have a battery of similar size to the current AirPods Pro, and will come in a reworked charging case with “around 20% larger battery”. Wireless charging has also become a “standard” feature.
The headphones will boast “noticeably better bass and low ends” in terms of sound quality, but this is a bit contradictory to his sentiment that the “overall sound should be about the same as you’ve seen on the 2nd Generation.”
Leaks on the AirPods aren’t the only goodies Weinbach has graced us with; teasers for the new iPhone 13 include a slightly heavier and thicker device with around a 10% increase in battery capacity in the regular sized phones.
The Pro Max, however, will “see a 18-20% larger battery.” Even the Mini variant of the phone will see around an hour of additional battery life, apparently.
The Displays on the Pro Series will throttle to a 60hz refresh rate when Low Power Mode is enabled. This cannot be changed.

All sensors across the board now receive at least 15% more light, while the Ultra Wide sees the biggest change with up to 40% more light.
In its cameras, Night Mode will purportedly have the ability to detect and capture stars in the night sky and “internally adjusts itself accordingly.” Cinematic Video will also keep a subject close to the center while “ensuring that it does not come off as unnatural.”
The OIS system also switches to a less aggressive and more "smooth" operating mode.

Night Mode now recognizes when stars are in the scene and internally adjusts itself accordingly.
A new algorithm analyzes structures, resharpens and adjusts shadows in night time shots.
The Apple Watch 7 will also see improvements to its battery life, with Weinbach stating that it will be the first “real” improvement since the original model.
Batteries inside the AirPods themselves should be around the same size as the ones found on the current AirPods Pro.

Speaking of batteries, the Apple Watch Series 7 is bound to see its first real battery life improvement since the original Apple Watch.
It must be noted that no additional source was cited in the tweets and not all predictions are guaranteed to be entirely accurate. However, with the clock ticking down to the next Keynote event, the hype is certainly there—we’ll have to wait and see what Apple has in store next.
