Driving app Waze has partnered with popular meditation tool Headspace to make daily commutes more zen. The new ‘Drive with Headspace’ feature allows drivers to choose from five different moods: Aware, Bright, Hopeful, Joyful, and Open.
These moods will pair with a dedicated Spotify playlist through the Waze Audio Player, so you’ll get to drive along to tunes from the ‘Find Joy in the Journey’ playlist.
Plus, users can also change the in-app car icon to an adorable hot air balloon instead. There’s hardly any chance of road rage while you’re floating along the expressway to calming tunes, right?
Of course, to make the experience even more relaxing, Headspace’s head mindfulness teacher Eve Lewis Prieto will be the voice guiding you on your journey. Currently, the special feature is available in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
