Hasbro is letting you be the hero of your own adventure by printing your face onto its newest range of action figures—representation at its best.

The Hasbro Selfie Series, created in partnership with 3D-printing company Formlabs, will give pop-culture lovers the opportunity to transform into six-inch collector-grade figurines of characters from franchises such as Ghostbusters, Power Rangers, Star Wars, G.I Joe, and Marvel.

The project began with a competition run a few years ago by Hasbro where five lucky winners got to print their faces onto action figures. It sparked such great interest that the toymaker brought it back for the masses. During this time, the company’s interest in the 3D-printing market grew, as well.

The process of creating these custom-made dolls begins with the customer scanning their face through Hasbro’s dedicated mobile app Hasbro Pulse. A model of the headshot is then used by Formlabs’ 3D printers, which create their likenesses down to the exact skin tone and hair color using specially-developed custom resin.

To achieve that collector-grade status, Hasbro will finish the figures in-house. The heads will also be put through the same testing as all its other products.

Unfortunately, fans around the world will have to wait a little longer for this to be launched, as it is first being brought to market in America. As of right now, the price for you to turn into an X-Wing Pilot or a Snake Eyes will be around US$60.
