Apple Prompts Updates Across Gadgets Due To Security Flaw Enabling Impersonation

If you use an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, it’s time to update your devices, as Apple has recently released patches to fix security flaws that could allow hackers to take control of your devices.
The technology giant quietly introduced two security reports last week on the issue, stating that it spotted a vulnerability that could enable bad actors to exploit “full admin access” to the company’s devices.
According to the Associated Press, this means the attackers would be able to act as the gadget’s owner and run any software or program under this faked identity.
As per Mashable, a second vulnerability was found in the browser engines used by Safari, Mail, and other iOS applications, thereby allowing intruders to execute code that could potentially download harmful malware onto the smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Thankfully, despite the severity of the problem, it seems to be a rather quick fix.
To remain safe, be sure to update devices newer than the iPhone 6S, ipads fifth generation and later, iPad Pros, and iPad Air 2, plus Mac computers running on MacOS Monterey.
