Cup Noodles Maker Releases Saunas, Beanbags & Headsets For Ramen Superfans

With a wide variety of comforting flavors, minimal cooking, and an affordable price point, it’s hard to pass up the idea of instant noodles as a quick meal.
This tendency is most evident in Japan, where it all started, with ramen cup inventor Nissin now egging on that passion through its recent ‘Cup Noodle Quest’.
Instead of the usual prizes you’d find in sweepstakes, the rewards lined up for this round’s lucky winners are frankly beyond the imagination. A year’s supply of free noodles can’t hold a candle to these.
For example, 200 fans can look forward to getting their hands on a life-sized ‘mystery meat’ bean bag, modeled to have the same color and texture as the elusive protein found in many of Cup Noodles’ popular offerings.
If working from home is starting to get too dull, you’d want to go for the quirky headphones, which not only look exactly like two ramen cups with a fork as a microphone but also work as a fully-functioning Bluetooth device.
The grand prize is even more eccentric, with the brand offering customers the chance to snag a 6.6-foot-tall Cup Noodles tent, complete with a traditional Japanese wood-burning sauna for two adults inside its snug confines.
Other more readily available prizes are up for grabs as well, including a water bottle in the shape of Cup Noodles packaging, a model car, and a mahjong tile set that’ll impress even the gamest ramen snob.
