Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Leaps Into Athleisure With Provocative ‘Sports’ Line
By Nicole Rodrigues, 20 Oct 2022
Is there anything Rihanna can’t do?
She’s a Grammy winner, an actress, a makeup mogul, and a mother. And now, she can add athleisure expert to her resumé as well with the unveiling of her latest sportswear collection through her Savage X Fenty (SXF) line.
SFX first began as a lingerie line that stole the spotlight with its highly inclusive line of sultry nightwear that catered to people with different body types.
It is now tackling the ripe athleisure market and stamping each piece of clothing with its signature flare and feistiness.

The collection was announced through a campaign spot featuring women of different sizes and shapes performing impressive physical acts. Whether carrying an entire car, walking on the treadmill en pointe, or hobbling down the grocery aisle in heels with a broken ankle, it seems as if Rihanna’s new line of sportswear is here to get us through anything.
The lineup will consist of leggings, jumpsuits, sports bras, and bodysuits, to name a few. From the video, we can expect clothes in classic black and mesh rainbow leopard prints and just about everything in between. The campaign gives us a sneak preview of how this new line weaves SXF’s provocative style with functionality.
Rihanna has collaborated with Adam Selman, who has also been appointed as the extension’s Executive Design Director. Selman has worked with the mogul before on previous projects.
Savage X Fenty Sport will be available online on November 9, ranging between US$29.95 and US$109.95.
