Cereals are probably some of the most common breakfast foods in the world. You can have yours highly nutritious and packed with vitamins, or enjoy a sugar rush to start your day. Whatever floats your boat, there’s no denying they make convenience bites for kids and adults on the go.

Despite their simplicity which is meant to streamline morning routines while still being delicious, Post is rethinking the sentiment of cereal being a breakfast food and is dreaming up a line intended to be eaten solely at night.

The new ‘Sweet Dreams’ cereal is envisioned to do the exact opposite of its breakfast-only siblings, and it’s intended to aid you in your sleep. You might have come across sleep-inducing teas and gummies; these essentially do the same thing but come in the form of a whole meal to appeal to midnight snackers and encourage better sleeping schedules for a fresher start to their mornings.

Sweet Dreams is infused with a herbal blend of lavender, chamomile, Zinc, Folic Acid, and B vitamins to amp up melatonin production. It comes in two flavors, Blueberry Midnight and Honey Moonglow.

For all the late-night snackers out there, you may want to keep this cereal as far away as possible from your morning fix, just in case you fall asleep on the job.
