Netflix Opens Risqué 18+ Boutique To Incite Fans’ Obsession With Latest Show

Drive past Soho in London, England, and a new erotic boutique on Bateman Street might catch your eye. This time, rather than it being just a typical 18+ hideout, the store is actually part of a campaign by Netflix to promote its latest series—Obsession.
Partnering with creative agency BBH London, Netflix created the immersive experience to lure fans in to experience the seductive show, in which a love triangle blossoms when Anna Barton (Charlie Murphy) engages in a torrid affair with her fiancé’s father, William (Richard Armitage).
Reminiscent of Fifty Shades, the story delves into Anna’s deepest desires as the pair experiment with everything in the bedroom. Visitors making a trip to the erotic boutique can experience Anna’s fantasies, and leave behind a secret of their own in exchange for a “luxury product.”

To kick things up a notch, actors dressed as Anna will interact with visitors who agree to a set of rules, before moving them to the diary room—decorated in red—and offering them a chance to disclose their darkest secrets, all of which will remain anonymous.
In addition, as per HeyUGuys, those up for it can even role-play a scene in a Parisian-themed bedroom or snap a shot in the Ribbon Room. All products within the store will come packaged with intricate Shibari bondage rope to complete one’s visit.
