McDonald’s Is Serving Big Mac Sauce In Cups, Even If You Don’t Want The Burger

McDonald’s has listened to the woes of fans who order their favorite menu items with its secret sauce. The fast-food behemoth is doling out special Big Mac sauce dipping cups with anything you order off the menu, openly approving and encouraging customers’ desire to hack their meals.
Beginning April 27, US fans can pick up the sauce containers by ordering on the McDonald’s app. The “creamy, tangy, slightly sweet, and perfectly dippable” cult favorite comes free with any purchase of Chicken McNuggets, but patrons just yearning to pair golden fries with the sauce—or amplifying the flavor profile of their Big Macs—have the option of getting it a la carte.
“Because let’s be real; a sauce this iconic should go on everything,” the Golden Arches acknowledges.

To celebrate the Big Mac’s role as a timeless staple, McDonald’s has packed the dip into retro blue and silver packaging—a tribute to the OG Big Mac sandwich wraps.
The company has been doubling down on elevating its classics lately. Besides giving fans the choice to jazz up their McDonald’s meals with Big Mac flavors, it has also enhanced its burger recipes… and brought back the Hamburglar.
The quintessential McDonald’s burger became an unshakeable icon ever since its first appearance on the menu in 1968, after a restaurant owner in Pittsburgh, PA, dreamed up a double sandwich.
