The ‘Saurk’ Mixes A Fork & Sauce For The Ultimate Dipping Experience
You’ve heard of the spork and the splayd (the fork, spoon, knife combination). Now, get ready for the ‘Saurk’.
Ever have a plate of chips with some dip on the side, and just find that you aren’t capable of dipping it into the bowl properly? No? Well, that doesn’t matter, as Thomy is here to solve a pretty inexistent problem by combining condiments and utensils.
So how does it work? With patented technology, Thomy has reimagined the end of a fork and added a little hole to squeeze out your mayo, mustard, or ketchup right into your mouth. In addition, the fork portion can be screwed onto Thomy’s tubes for the ultimate (and kind of whacky) eating experience.
This is, however, not Thomy’s first time trying to revolutionize how people consume condiments. It did so for the first time in the 1950s after it chucked out regular mustard pots and placed the sauce into a tube for easy access. And it’s trying to do so again by ensuring the dip-to-food ratio is just right with every bite.
With summer around the corner, barbecue pits are being pulled out of the garage and cleaned up. So to mark this, the company is giving away 1,000 Saurks in time for the summertime cookout.
